Crawl Space Mold Growth in Evergreen Park

The moist conditions in this crawl space in an Evergreen Park home needed remediation to stop the spreading of these fungi. We scraped off visible mold growth, no structural damage was present, and then fogged the entire enclosed space with an antifungal agent. The second photo shows all is clear, but to reduce the chances of future infestations, we suggested to the homeowner to let us place a poly sheeting vapor barrier on the ground within the crawl space. We also advised installing a permanent dehumidifier to further keep the level of moisture at a sufficiently low level.
